Recording Requirements:
With Motor Vehicle Comptroller.
As per the UCC, repossession is
allowed and permitted as long as it
is peaceful.
Ten (10) redemption.
If contract so provides, Retaking
does not bar suit for price and
vice-versa. Confession of judgment
notes are invalid.
Liens are noted on Certificate of
Title, and Title is delivered to
lienholder. Certificate of Title, affidavit of repossession and certified copy of Bill of Sale.
Documents Required for Liquidation: Title and Repossession Affidavit.
